“ Amazing food! We had Luis at the sushi bar who made the experience truly special by explaining all the ingredients and recommending a great variety of plates. Each plate was unique and included a touch of Mexican cuisine as well which was great. ”
“ I don’t know where the bad reviews come from, but from my experience, the food was fresh and delicious, the customer service was very attentive and the cocktails were refreshing. I loved the experience and I recommended it! ”
“ Most amazing sushi and sashimi I’ve tried in North America! ”
“ High end sushi spot in Highpark. Place is small so good for couples or small groups. It’s dimly lit and feels relaxed. We ordered some short rib gyozas and truffled edamame to share. Then went for a couple of nigiri’s, our favorite was the buttered hamachi and the chutoro. Finally we shared a truffled tuna roll which was delicious. Wasabi was freshly grated which is a nice touch. Service is quick and attentive. Prices are very high. ”
“ Hotaku is an absolute gem in Monterrey! The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was perfect, with a great balance of elegance and comfort. The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel truly welcomed. The overall vibe was fantastic, making it the perfect place for a special night out. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! ”
